I have personally seen these guys go at it and I must say the detail, dedication, long hours and hard work is most impressive. They will be the only ones I call when I’m ready to build.

Thanks Luke! We are ready to build your cabin when you are!

Amazing home! And the attention to quality and detail shows through in every space. So glad you’re happy with your new lighting too!

What an inspiring home! Your hard work shows. Love the natural elements of the inside of the house. Beautiful craftsmanship. All the best to you both.

Nice house design! Any chance I could get more information about the Green Creek House? Square footage and a floor plan?

    • Jeff & Kalie Brady April 9, 2014 at 10:32 am #

Thanks for the nice words! The Green House in the Woods is just about 1,200 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft. We may be posting plans for purchase in the near future 🙂

This looks like my perfect post-divorce home, so I’m hoping you do decide to sell the plans.

We just finished the plans for all three homes, and they will be available for purchase within the next month. Thank you to everyone who asked and finally pushed us to make these available!

Beautiful home! Do you have a floor plan? How many square feet? How many bedrooms/bathrooms? Thanks!!

This is a stunning home. How big is it? It looks quite large, but I suspect that might be excellent design.

    • Jeff & Kalie Brady April 9, 2014 at 10:37 am #

Thank you as well. As said in the previous reply, it is about 1,200 square feet. It does look quite large, but that’s because the home was designed so every inch is useful. We both really love efficiency and good design, which, unfortunately, is hard to find in new construction homes these days.

I love this home did you publish the floorplan anywhere?. I am currently preparing to build on a 10 acre property on the Eastern shore of maryland. I was going to do an apartment above a barn thinking it would save money but a small house and a prefab barn might be a better way to go. I wanted to go as green as possible as off the grid as possible but am having no luck finding builders.

This is a perfect little home

Jeff your website looks GREAT!! I am very impressed with the design and skill put into your homes. I truly feel you have found your calling. Very few “TRUE CRAFTSMAN” left today. I am impressed!!

I absolutely love this house! We have been looking at house plans for over 10 years. I have looked at thousand online, in magazines, etc. I think this could be our forever house. We already own the perfect property to put it on. We would love to purchase the plans. When would they be available?

Thank you for your kind comments! Unfortunately, we are not offering any plans for this house at this time. Where are you located? And if you don’t mind me asking, how did you come across our website? 🙂

Is there any way you could give me a guess as to how much this might cost? I am trying my hardest to build this for my family, we are in love with it.

    • Jeff & Kalie Brady October 13, 2014 at 8:04 pm #

Where are you located? It depends on where you are and how much of the work you are going to do yourself. A good guess on materials alone, along with the foundation pour would be about $110,000. Again, that’s just my best guess!

Shooting for NH, I am a disabled vet so I wouldn’t be able to do any of the building myself. I don’t know where or how to begin so I figured I would ask you for a guess.

Nicely done home. Just the size I am looking for. It’s to bad you do not build in RI. We need more builders like you.

Do you have plans for this home. I have been looking for 6 months and this seems perfect.

    • Jeff & Kalie Brady January 9, 2016 at 9:50 am #

We just finished the plans for all three of our homes, and they will be available for purchase within the next few months!

Are the plans for the 3 bedroom 1200 square foot with loft house for sale?

  15. Alan Pierce April 15, 2015 at 2:56 pm #

Is the 2nd bedroom and bath in the basement? I love this design, but it looks like a 1 bedroom with a loft. Mind you, that’s not a bad thing.

    Jeff & Katie,
My husband is terminal with frontotemporal dementia. Not sure how long he will live but when he is gone I plan to move up to Wyoming and hope to have a home (love the Green House in the Woods) idea. Would you let me know when you have plans ready to purchase? My sister and brother-in-law have several acres at the base of the Big Horn Mountain range in Northcentral Wyoming and they are willing to let me build something green without a huge footprint. Both my brother-in-law and his brother and wife all live on the property within a mile radius of each other. Again, all this will happen after I loose my husband. I am in north Texas right now.

    Thanks so much!

This is a BEAUTIFUL home. I am in love 🙂 I know you’ve been asked this before, but are the plans for sale on this one? I think I live a little too far away to have you guys involved. I’m not ready to start building by at least 1.5 yrs right now anyway. However the more I look back on these photos, the more I realize this is the home I want to raise a family in 🙂 Again, beautiful work!!!
